Processing Your Order!

Thank you for your order. We try extremely hard to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving, however on occasion we do fall behind due to increased volumes.

All orders are packed with care, and are boxed according to your selections. Some of our smaller items will be packed into one parcel, while larger items may require their own box independently. We have indicated on our shopping pages which items require individual boxes. The items that require individual boxes, are priced for shipping at a flat rate according to the size and weight of the item. We purposely separate these larger, heavier items to ensure against damaging smaller and more fragile items during shipping. Our goal is for you to receive your gifts in the same condition they left our facilities, perfect!

When you receive your gifts, you will see a copy of your order, additional communications, and the items you ordered. Please check everything, and keep your “order copy” as a receipt. Notify us immediately if anything is wrong or damaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their orders in a timely fashion.

If you have any problems, questions, concerns, or anything at all, contact us as soon as possible.  Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee on returns.
